Today’s selection of anger stems from people being absolute dickheads under the influence of alcohol. First things first, as a disclaimer, I have no problem with drinking, in fact I enjoy drinking immensely with my friends. Secondly I don’t care what anyone else says, you know what you are doing whilst inebriated so unless you were completely paralytic, I find excuses saying you didn’t know what you were doing to be complete shit.
Even the Queen's guards enjoy a quick beverage...
You know when you see someone being completely hammered and them acting out of character? Well is it? Just because you’ve never seen them do that before doesn’t mean it’s out of character. They could just hide it quite well. But my argument is this, if you have the ability to walk without any aid, then you are in control of your body and are completely responsible for your actions. I don’t accept the fact that you can walk about being abusive and when sober you’re compus mentus, I don’t accept the fact that you can hold the alcohol to be totally to blame. Ok so you may say something stupid from time to time, that’s just funny. But hurtful stuff? Nah, you wouldn’t make it up it’s just your subconscious that stops you saying stuff you really mean, and lowering inhibitions whilst intoxicated just exacerbates your willingness to say stuff. I guess it’s the dark side of Dutch Courage. Alcohol brings out a side of your personality yes, but it’s still YOU. You don’t interchange personalities like some cortexial wardrobe depending on what you drink, you are the always the common denominator. You pisshead!
So in conclusion, if you have said something whilst pissed, and you weren’t passed out at the time or in the company of a paramedic, you are 100% responsible for saying it and the whole “I was drunk” excuse is total crap. Step up and be responsible for your actions, no one is impressed by a coward.

I’m not so sure. I only just found out today that apparantly I got my cock out to show you in Uni. I have absolutely no memory of this whatsoever and that IS out of character for me. I do blame the alcohol…or at least the person serving it.
